Delivery & Return

UK Delivery
Standard Delivery orders to the UK are sent by Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service which will need to be signed for upon delivery.

Cost for standard delivery is £5.00

Orders over £120 postage is FREE.

Express delivery is available on request.

As all of our items are handmade please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Returns

We endeavour to get your products to you in a good condition. However should they arrive damaged please contact us by email for a return code.

We will accept returns up to 7 days after they have been received.

Both the packaging and goods must arrive with us in a new condition and show no signs of wear and tear.

Refunds will be processed on receiving the goods, minus the postage costs.

Exceptions

Personalised clothing, Earrings and Bespoke orders- as items are individually made to your specifications we can not accept refunds.
